Paul is married to Esther and they have three grown up children, Rhiannon, Rebekah and Kerrie-Louise, as well as five beautiful grandchildren.

Paul studied theology at Elim Bible College in Capel, Surrey from 1985-1988, after which he spent two years in the Pastoral ministry in Hereford, then back home in Newtownards.  He believed that God then called him back into business and spent almost 30 years running a variety of different businesses for his family and himself while being a lay person in Portadown Elim.  However God graciously called him back to serve Him in late 2018.  He was appointed the Pastor of Newtownards Road Elim in East Belfast and served there for 4 years before taking up the call to come and serve in Ballymoney Elim in December 2022.

Paul and Esther are passionate about encouraging people and believe that pastoral care is of the utmost importance in the church today, but they also have a deep desire to see people won for Jesus and that is their desire for the town of Ballymoney and the surrounding areas.
